Selected Hawaii's Adult School Instructor for the Year 1998 Thida Robertin retired as a respected Thai Culinary Arts Instructor for Kaimuki Community Adult School, Honolulu. Hawaii after 13 years. She received recognition from the Hawaii Senate and House. Her recipes are tried and tested in her kitchen before they are written up for the class. Thida's recipes are traditional and have not been changed to fit American taste. She now resides in Mesquite, Nevada where she continues to fine tune the art of Thai Cuisine. |

Spicy Chicken Soup 1 c. boneless chicken (cut into 1" sizes) 2 3/4 c. water 2 ea. stalk lemon grass (cut 2 in sizes) 4 ea. Leaves makroot (kaffir) 10 ea. leaves mint 3 tbsp Chinese parsley (chopped 1/4 in. sizes) 3 tbsp green onions (cut into 1/4 in sizes) 4 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp fish sauce 1 tsp chili in oil 3 ea. chili pepper 1 ea.n straw mushrooms Boil water, pound and cut lemon grass,and add with chicken.
